Joe working hard in the Service Department

In August 1951, WWII veteran Joseph Suess and his wife Rosemary opened Suess Electronics on College Avenue in Appleton, WI. They sold televisions, antennas, phonographs and radios. In addition to retail, equipment service was a priority, and Joe would work on his customers’ equipment at his service bench in the back of the store.

Many things have changed since then. Suess Electronics was the first to bring many new home technology categories to Northeastern Wisconsin, like stereo sound, large-screen televisions and home theater.

Our custom electronics integration service allows us to do even more for our customers by working with them to plan, wire and install their home or commercial electronics systems from the ground up.

One thing that hasn’t changed, even after six decades in business, is our commitment to quality products and service. We still service our customers’ equipment right here in our store, and we only sell top-tier electronics that will serve you well for years – if not generations – to come.
